About The Role
As a Program Manager Intern on the gUP Operations Intake and Readiness team, you will bridge strategic vision and operational execution. You will manage intake, mobilization and launch readiness workflows.
You will enable cross-gUP alignment against strategic priorities, harness AI-powered solutions to streamline processes, and transform complex product requirements into scalable, user-centric operations solutions.
In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem through support, localization, and partner integration.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage project goals and deliverables on a timeline and use roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to identify work problems and program goals and discuss program impact.
• Complete risk identification and assessment (budget, schedule, resource, technical) and create mitigation plans.
• Establish and track processes with stakeholders and hold them accountable for following established processes.
Minimum Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in an MBA degree program in the EMEA region.
• Relevant practical or internship experience in program or project management.
Preferred Qualifications
• Program management certification or experience in program management with a technology company.
• Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Ability to complete a minimum 13-week full-time internship in the UK starting in May, June or July 2027.
