UniFirst is currently recruiting a Route Coverage Specialist to support its route service operations and help deliver high-quality customer service across multiple routes.

Responsibilities
As a Route Coverage Specialist, you will:
• Learn and operate across multiple service routes
• Deliver garments and products to customers
• Load, transport, and unload products safely
• Collect and secure used or soiled garments for return
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Resolve customer concerns and requests
• Conduct inventory audits and manage invoices accurately
• Follow safety standards and company policies
• Support new account installations and collection activities
• Share customer feedback and market information with leadership

Requirements
Applicants must:
• Be at least 21 years old
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Have a clean driving record
• Have reliable transportation
• Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, including a physical examination
• Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent military service experience
• Be comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Be capable of lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 50 lbs.
