Responsibilities:
• Take end-to-end ownership of feature design and deployment, operating seamlessly across the stack from backend infrastructure to frontend mobile and web
• Mentor junior engineers on reliable, scalable, and secure designs
• Lead technical designs for robust backend services and data processing pipelines that support massive-scale growth experiments
• Ensure long-term feature reliability by building comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and automated performance tracking
• Contribute to engineering excellence by participating in design reviews, improving code quality, and leveraging DevAI and agentic coding workflows
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience with software programming in C++, Java, Python or Go
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role
• Mobile app, web, full-stack or backend development experience
• Experience building systems that scale to millions of users globally
• Experience working on DevAI for Agentic coding and productivity
