Job Summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker to provide exceptional customer service while supporting branch banking operations.

The successful candidate will assist clients with financial transactions, maintain accurate records, support sales and service activities, and help identify customer banking needs.

This role combines customer service, relationship management, sales support, and banking operations responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

✅ Deliver excellent customer service

✅ Identify and understand client financial needs

✅ Support sales and relationship management efforts

✅ Assist with outbound calling activities

✅ Maintain accurate customer records

✅ Support branch operations and daily banking activities

✅ Help promote financial products and services

Required Qualifications

✅ High School Diploma or equivalent

✅ Two years of teller, cash handling, or customer service experience

✅ Six months of client relationship building or sales experience

✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

✅ Ability to use banking and office software systems

✅ Ability to multitask effectively

✅ Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

✅ Ability to work flexible hours when required

✅ Ability to travel temporarily when necessary for staffing needs

Preferred Qualifications

✅ Previous banking experience

✅ Additional client relationship management experience

✅ Sales experience within a financial environment

✅ Experience working in customer-focused roles
