About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Professional who will be the driving force behind new business growth. You will focus on developing new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
Your expertise in technology sales, CRM systems like Salesforce, and sales automation tools will help you deliver exceptional customer experience and close high-value deals. This role is perfect for someone whose communication skills and sales acumen directly drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and expand the client base via warm calling and targeted outreach
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs, showcase product value, and recommend tailored solutions
- Manage and update customer data in CRM systems, including Salesforce Cloud, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and pipeline status
- Close deals while maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for business development and client engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly via phone and online channels
Requirements / Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with focus on deal closing
- Strong negotiation and excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce; experience with Salesforce Cloud is an added advantage
- Experience with sales technology, sales automation tools, telemarketing, and call center operations
- Ability to explain complex technical products/services in a clear, client-friendly manner
- Ability to perform outbound calling professionally while maintaining an engaging tone
- Demonstrated success in business development, customer service, and cross-team collaboration
